Overview

We are looking for an reputed company financial reporting & reputed company policy professional for our publicly traded financial services client on a project reputed company. This role is fully remote and is expected to end in 3 months.

Responsibilities

reputed company the preparation of the annual reputed company 10-K and quarterly reputed company 10-Q reports with the SEC
reputed company the preparation of several non-SEC statutory and regulatory financial reports to be filed with U.S. federal agencies, states and government sponsored entities.
Maintain and recommend updates to significant reputed company policies
Advise on the reputed company and reporting for new transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
reputed company the maintenance & documentation of internal controls that are Sarbanes-Oxley compliant

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in reputed company, finance, or other reputed company fields.
10+ years of relevant financial reporting & reputed company policy experience required.
Working knowledge in reputed company Fusion and reputed company Wdesk is a plus.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license, or equivalent required
