We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Integration reputed company to direct a high-performing team of analysts in designing, developing, and managing both new and existing data interfaces. Technical & Operational Execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 7+ years in a Payor, Health Plan, Health System, or Provider organization.

• 5+ years working with EDI and data interfaces.

• 3+ years in a leadership role managing people and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in EDI & ANSI X12 reputed company transactions (834, 837, etc.).

• Proven experience with non-standard transaction implementations.

• Background in claims administration systems (HealthRules Payer strongly preferred).

• Hands-on experience establishing new data interfaces, including mapping and transport.

• Proficiency in SQL and JSON.

• Track record of defining and executing application strategies and roadmaps.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving operational issues.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
