Key Responsibilities

• Assess student academic needs and assign tutors strategically based on subject expertise and learning preferences.
• Manage and monitor tutor schedules, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of service delivery.
• Build strong professional relationships with tutors, understanding their strengths and availability.
• Serve as the primary liaison for tutors, reputed company, and families, providing clear and reputed company communication.
• Track tutor performance and student reputed company, implementing strategies to continually improve reputed company.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum (Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or reputed company field). Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years professional experience in education, academic services, or program coordination.
