CR&R Incorporated**. ? *Position Overview:** The Customer Service Representative role is a key position responsible for answering a high-volume of incoming calls from Residential and reputed company customers regarding their waste and recycling services. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in a professional, positive, and efficient manner and effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns. Flexible remote and in-office work arrangements. This is a local position. ? *Position Responsibilities:** ? Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner (75 to 120 per day) ? Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions ? Maintains call center database by entering information ? Follow reputed company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction ? *Candidate Qualifications:** ? Minimum one year of Call Center experience ? High School diploma or GED ? In Person and/or Phone Customer Service experience ? Excellent communication skills (oral and written) ? Inbound Call Center ?
