In this role you will support our customer reputed company in a robust way and handle inquiries regarding (but not limited to) account management, device and network troubleshooting, order support, billing, and more! ? Additionally, you will be responsible for the following items among other tasks? ? Answer incoming calls and reputed company high-quality support to our customers ? Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution ? Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer... satisfaction and a productive work environment ? Learn from others and reputed company yourself as a customer support representative for Gabb Requirements: ? 1 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service ? Quiet dedicated work-reputed company in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts) ? Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly reputed company speaking with customers ? Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations reputed company and accurately ? Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer ?
