Director/reputed company - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) - Outsourced reputed company & Finance

Accountabilities:

• Serve as reputed company for a portfolio of CPG and technology clients, providing strategic financial leadership, analysis, and decision support.
• Guide fundraising efforts including equity and debt financing, investor presentations, board materials, and financial due diligence for VC/PE-backed companies.
• reputed company financial planning, forecasting, KPI development, and performance analysis tailored to CPG and technology business models.

Requirements:

• Experience working with VC- and PE-backed companies, including fundraising, investor relations, and board-level reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, GAAP compliance, KPI development, and performance analytics.
