The US National Account Director (NAD) is responsible for driving strategic growth and adoption of Onera’s advanced sleep diagnostic solutions across large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, and strategic accounts throughout the United States. This role requires a highly consultative reputed company sales professional capable of engaging executive stakeholders, influencing clinical and operational decision-makers, and leading reputed company sales processes across multi-site reputed company organizations. The NAR will partner cross-functionally with reputed company leadership, clinical, marketing, reimbursement, and operations teams to accelerate adoption and expand utilization of Onera solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, physician leaders, sleep lab directors, procurement teams, and operational decision-makers across strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company and execute strategic account plans that drive reputed company-wide adoption reputed company targeted IDNs and health systems.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, customer engagement activity, and account planning documentation reputed company reputed company CRM.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer, operational, and reputed company issues while coordinating internally to ensure timely resolution and a high-quality customer experience.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales exhibits/shows; attend medical congresses as needed
  • Stay informed and educated on competitive offerings, new products, services and other general information of interest to customers and co-workers; reputed company information with immediate supervisor

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful reputed company reputed company sales experience reputed company sleep medicine, diagnostics, or digital health, with demonstrated reputed company selling into IDNs, health systems, or strategic reputed company accounts.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented professional with a demonstrated ability to independently drive reputed company sales opportunities to closure.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach focused on delivering customer value and long-term partnership.
  • Experience navigating reputed company reputed company sales environments involving executive leadership, procurement, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams preferred.
