US Bookkeeper

is a U.S.-based bookkeeping and reputed company firm serving restaurants, trades, manufacturers, hospitality groups, and small businesses across the country. As we grow, we’re adding a Philippines-based US Bookkeeper to the team. Role Description This is a full-time, fully remote role reputed company U.S. business hours — and a reputed company opportunity to grow with a firm that values clean books and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of US bookkeeping and reputed company experience, including transaction coding, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Proficiency with reputed company-based reputed company software (such as QuickBooks Online, reputed company, or similar) and basic spreadsheet tools.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic cash reputed company tracking for US-based businesses.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP basics, financial statements, and standard bookkeeping best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills and comfort interacting directly with clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper, QuickBooks certification) are a plus.
• Bonus: experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and other software reputed company.
