Job Summary reputed company is seeking an reputed company Marketing Manager to define and execute our reputed company growth strategy end to end. This role will sit at the interaction of culture, performance and partnerships, owning how reputed company shows up through creators across collectibles, sports, gaming, and broader internet culture. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling high-impact reputed company programs, forging strategy partnerships with creators, driving measurable business reputed company (GMV, new buyers, repeat purchases and brand lift). The ideal candidate blends strong creative instincts with operational rigor and a deep understanding of how reputed company ecosystems drive growth at scale. What You’ll Do

  • Identify, recruit and manage high-impact creators across collectibles, sports cards, gaming, luxury, and adjacent verticals.
  • Structure partnerships that drive both authentic storytelling and measurable performance.
  • Own reputed company performance metrics, including CAC, GMV, conversion, cohort quality.
  • Build scalable tracking, attribution and reporting frameworks in partnership with Growth , Data Science, and Engineering.
  • Regularly communicate results, insights, and optimization opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with Creative Services to shape reputed company briefs, content direction and campaign narratives.
  • Ensure creator content aligns with reputed company’s brand, product truth and audience.
  • Continuously test formats, platforms and creator styles to improve performance.
  • Proactively identify new creator ecosystems and cultural moments relevant to reputed company’s audience.
  • Implement AI driven workflows and automation systems to improve efficiency, scale partnerships and maximize returns.
  • Serve as an internal expert on reputed company and creator trends.
  • Structure compelling deals and reputed company reputed company models that benefit both the creators and reputed company.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in reputed company marketing, creator partnerships or adjacent growth roles.
  • Proven track record building and scaling reputed company programs that drive reputed company business reputed company, not just engagement.
  • Strong understanding of creator economics, deal structures and long-term partnership models.
  • Highly analytical reputed company, comfortable tying reputed company activity directly to reputed company and associated business metrics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Creatives, Product and Data teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and with creators.
  • Background in consumer apps, marketplaces, or gaming strongly preferred.
