Summary of Position: We are looking for remote customer-oriented service representatives who reputed company high-level customer service solutions to reputed company customers/clients on a daily reputed company. Take consistent inbound calls specific to each program or project you are assigned, and outbound calls if necessary using the tools provided by reputed company and the client to properly document reputed company customer interactions, while maintaining a sense of reputed company regarding both the company and the customer while adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures.
