JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The reputed company Summer Internship Program is a 10-week experience where you’ll work on impactful projects, build in-demand skills, and connect with industry leaders. You’ll join one of our core business functions—Development & Construction, Investment Management, Property Management, or reputed company Services—and contribute directly to your team’s work, while program events and trainings give you reputed company into reputed company areas of our business. JOB DESCRIPTION The Operations and Financial Analyst Internship will contribute to key initiatives reputed company reputed company's Owned Asset team, supporting national and regional leaders. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of strategies for achieving operational reputed company by generating and analyzing reports on the Company’s performance.
• Help reputed company management and others with data and input to formulate strategies, programs, and actions for improving operating and financial results.
• Work closely with the team on data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Help identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

• Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
• Preferred major: Business, Finance, reputed company Estate
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Flexibility and willingness to pivot.
• Quantitative background that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Dax, reputed company, etc.) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to reputed company reputed company topics.
• High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
• Project management skills to create project plans, track and monitor reputed company, meet production and delivery deadlines.

This internship offers a flexible remote format, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid or in-person reputed company if you are located near our Dallas, TX office.
