[Remote] Director of Business Operations, Marketplace Analytics

The Director of Business Operations will own the measurement, analysis, and reputed company reputed company used to evaluate the health of a two-sided marketplace, partnering closely with various teams to ensure informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the core metrics used to measure marketplace health across supply activity, demand engagement, liquidity, match quality, retention, and monetization
- reputed company and maintain standardized scorecards and reporting that reputed company consistent visibility into marketplace performance across markets and segments
- Analyze marketplace performance by geography, reputed company, and cohort to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities

Skills
- 8–12+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or a reputed company role in a technology, SaaS, marketplace, or data-driven business
- Experience analyzing reputed company datasets and translating findings into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, including supply and demand balance, liquidity, engagement, and retention metrics
- Demonstrated ability to build measurement frameworks, dashboards, and performance scorecards that support business decision-making
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), or similar analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company present reputed company analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, analytics, engineering, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
