[Remote] Billing Analyst

The Billing Analyst is responsible for preparing and issuing billings, maintaining internal customer contract setups, and ensuring the accuracy of invoices.

Responsibilities

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice reputed company
• Other duties as required

Skills

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required
• Two (2) or more year's experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, specifically Word and reputed company, required
• reputed company Fusion or other project based ERP systems, required
• Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred
• Experience reputed company a professional services firm, preferred
• Proficiency with SharePoint preferred
