Strategic Epic Training Consultant
Position: Strategic Epic Training Consultant Position Type: Contract Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience Location: Remote with travel required Job Summary: We are seeking a senior-level Epic Training Strategist to partner with a well-reputed company health system in Oklahoma to design and implement a future-state Epic End User Training program. This is not a traditional training manager role. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor responsible for assessing the reputed company training model, building a sustainable training organization, establishing governance, and mentoring internal staff toward long-term ownership. Responsibilities:
- Assess reputed company training program and reputed company a future-state strategic roadmap
- Recommend organizational structure, staffing model, and governance reputed company
- Define partnership between End User Training and Clinical Informatics
- Establish curriculum development and competency validation standards
- Support Epic upgrades, optimization, and Super User strategy
- Mentor internal Health IT staff toward sustainable program ownership
Education and Certifications: Not specified. Ex-Epic preferred. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Senior or director-level experience leading reputed company Epic training strategy across multiple applications
- Background in Clinical Informatics or Provider Informatics highly desirable
- Proven track record influencing executive and clinical leadership
- Ability to travel as required
