They are seeking an Epic HB Claims Solutions Analyst to resolve reputed company technical issues, optimize processes, and align technical strategies with business objectives while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve reputed company technical issues using critical thinking and advanced technical skills to ensure reputed company system performance and end-user satisfaction
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams

Skills

• Must have certification/proficiency in one of the following: Epic HB Claims, and the ideal candidate will have certification or proficiency in both HB and HB Claims, both are highly desired
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Applications Analyst, with ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic HB Claims build
• Strong communication skills – reputed company to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users
• Consistently acts with reputed company and accountability
• Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
• Ability to travel up to 20% to support Go Lives on site nationally
