About the position

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company Leadership team in identifying and addressing areas for development: in artistry, business, presentation, or other areas of opportunity
• Analyze the business to ensure sales goals/targets are met and effectively managed
• Conduct new hire Market and/or Selling Specialist interviews
• Strategically build quarterly calendars in Outlook
• Management of travel and Selling Specialist budgets
• Timely completion of monthly expense reports
• Weekly approval of selling specialist hours
• Clear and effective email communication in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, leadership, retail management, preferably reputed company the cosmetics industry
• Solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events and operations in the cosmetic industry
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills
• Basic beauty reputed company up skills
• Deep understanding of the retail market and reputed company beauty trends
• Ability to coach and reputed company staff in order to reputed company goals
• Enthusiastic mentor and strategic thinker
• Charismatic individual with strong negotiation and communication talents
• Availability to work key business hours, including weekends
