[Remote] VP, Strategy and Business Development

The Vice President of Market Strategy and Business Development is responsible for leading the organization's strategic growth initiatives, which includes developing market strategies, fostering partnerships, and driving reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or reputed company leadership, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP level or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of balancing strategy and personal execution to drive reputed company growth through new market entry, partnerships, or new product commercialization, including ownership of initiatives that resulted in measurable reputed company impact (e.g., $XM+ deals, new reputed company expansion, or material pipeline creation)
  • Deep experience in reputed company, digital health, or health plans/reputed company ecosystem, with strong understanding of payer dynamics, benefits strategy, and/or value-based care models
  • Demonstrated reputed company sourcing, structuring, and closing reputed company partnerships or reputed company deals, including negotiation and post-deal execution/integration
  • Experience leading cross-functional strategy and execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance, with a track record of influencing without authority and aligning senior stakeholders
