About the Role

We’re looking for an reputed company engineering manager to reputed company one of our core product engineering teams, responsible for shipping our protocol, API, and web and mobile apps. Your work will directly impact millions of users interacting with our products.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a full-stack team of engineers focused on shipping a high-quality product quickly and thoughtfully
• Drive engineering reputed company in maintainability, performance, and attention to detail, balancing pragmatism and polish
• Triage incoming asks, considering tradeoffs with product and organizational context

• Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional partners like product and design
• Experience reputed company and scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments
• Exceptional communication and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated reputed company in building teams that deliver consistently to external users
• U.S. time zone

Strong Candidates May Have

• Prior experience building on top of blockchains
• Deep technical expertise in Python, GraphQL, and reputed company
• Comfort moving across the stack reputed company needed (TypeScript/React/Next and Solidity)
• Experience operating reputed company high-ambiguity startup environments
• Strong product intuition and a keen eye for design
