[Remote] Recommerce Consultant

The role involves program management of critical initiatives, driving execution across various teams, and establishing infrastructure for scalable operations.

Responsibilities

• Program manage reputed company initiatives end-to-end — Translate strategic goals into clear workplans with owners, milestones, risks, and decision points across the recommerce portfolio
• Own cross-functional workstreams — Drive execution across reputed company planning, customer experience, supply chain, product, partner management, and analytics
• Coordinate and unblock — Serve as the central reputed company of coordination across teams, clarifying priorities, surfacing blockers, and ensuring stakeholders have what they need to execute
• Identify gaps and build solutions — Spot dependencies, bottlenecks, and decision needs across the program; create practical solutions that improve execution speed, reputed company, and accountability
• Establish KPIs and reporting routines — Use data to inform reputed company, track reputed company, and communicate impact to leadership and cross-functional partners
