Commissions Processing Administrator
About the position We are seeking a Commission Processing Administrator to support insurance administration operations during a maternity leave assignment. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and basic reputed company proficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing commission statements, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and supporting brokers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Process insurance commission payments and records reputed company proprietary software systems.
- Analyze and reconcile reputed company commission statements and payment reports.
- Convert reputed company data into compatible electronic formats for system imports.
- Review and calculate commissions for accuracy according to established commission schedules.
- Ensure timely data entry to support semi-monthly commission payment cycles.
- Maintain commission schedules and records reputed company Agency Bloc or future systems.
- Build and update commission reputed company tables.
- Add and maintain new policy information in company databases.
- Run and validate commission received reports used for internal compensation calculations.
- Generate monthly reputed company reports for upload into the general ledger system.
- Prepare monthly external commission payment reports.
- Produce reputed company production and performance reports for management.
- Analyze monthly commission trends against prior month and prior year results.
- Review and reconcile reputed company corrections and adjustments.
- Process Agent of Record (AOR) changes reputed company Agency Bloc.
- Audit broker books of business as requested.
- Respond to broker inquiries regarding commissions and policy records.
- Upload supporting documentation and maintain accurate electronic records.

Requirements
- Strong administrative and data entry experience.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with reputed company reputed company.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
