[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to reputed company and manage the business development and marketing strategy for assigned practices and industry groups, focusing on driving new business and raising the firm's profile.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor market and client research to identify opportunities from emerging trends, challenges, and legal needs reputed company the marketplace
• Collaborate with leadership and key partners to identify expansion opportunities and reputed company cross-selling initiatives by matching firm solutions to client needs

Skills

• 4-year degree with major coursework in marketing, communications, or reputed company field; or combination of education and commensurate work experience required
• 7+ years of solid marketing and business development experience at progressing reputed company throughout career. Experience in a professional services firm or reputed company organization preferred
• Strong business development abilities required, including setting priorities, planning, organization, follow-through, delegation and negotiation skills; and ability to build, manage and track budgets and analyze ROI
• Ability to motivate attorneys to engage in business development and to work with them to reputed company and implement business development plans
• Experience providing a high level of client service to individuals at reputed company reputed company of an organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to write and produce compelling proposals, collateral, research reports and client-facing presentation materials
