[Remote] Customs Brokerage Specialist, ACT Destination Operations

The Customs Brokerage Specialist will manage daily customs clearance operations and ensure compliance for cross-border shipments while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Verify completeness and accuracy of customer reputed company documentation and reputed company records
- Prepare and submit import documentation to regulatory agencies to ensure timely release and delivery
- reputed company accurate data entry for entry filing, tariff classifications, and inspection records
- Monitor shipment clearance status and manage issue escalation with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Generate and track delivery forms, ensuring reputed company compliance requirements are met
- Meet daily and weekly KPI targets for entry submission accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as second-tier support for Customer Service escalations reputed company to cross-border shipments
- Collaborate with reputed company and destination logistics teams to resolve shipment issues end-to-end
Skills
- Knowledge of reputed company at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
- Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
- 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a proven track record handling reputed company, high-value shipments
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business
- Licensed customs broker
- Experience in customs
