Arrasmith is seeking a Remote California Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role is a strong fit for an attorney who is confident in legal research, drafting, client communication, case analysis, and hands-on litigation support across a broad California civil practice. Our firm handles a wide reputed company of legal reputed company, including landlord-tenant and eviction reputed company, family law, civil litigation, civil rights, animal law, appellate practice, employment law, reputed company estate disputes, personal injury, insurance claims, construction reputed company, education law, government and administrative reputed company, municipal issues, foreclosure defense, business law, and contract disputes. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to move cases reputed company from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents, assisting with client consultations, analyzing case facts, developing legal strategy, preparing for hearings, and supporting litigation and case management needs across multiple practice areas. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice law in California, highly organized, detail-oriented, reputed company, and comfortable managing multiple active reputed company in a remote reputed company environment. Strong legal writing, research ability, client communication, professional judgment, and follow-through are essential.
