The Talent Advisor, GTM is a strategic role embedded with reputed company’s Sales, Marketing, and reputed company Operations leadership teams. This position partners directly with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, reputed company market reputed company, and guide critical talent reputed company across a global organization of roughly 1,300 employees.

Serve as a strategic talent partner to GTM leadership

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and reputed company Operations leaders to understand business priorities and evolving talent needs
• Help translate growth plans and organizational priorities into thoughtful hiring strategies

• Participate in planning cycles and leadership rhythms as the talent strategy partner

• Deliver talent mapping insights and pipeline visibility for critical capabilities

• Strong understanding of how GTM organizations scale and the talent capabilities required to support growth
