Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to manage high-volume court hearing coverage through efficient dispatching and reputed company-time coordination. This role is heavily focused on logistics, scheduling, and ensuring seamless attorney coverage, while also supporting client communication and service growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment and excels at prioritization, problem-solving, and execution. This position is full-time, remote located in Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatching & Hearing Coverage (Primary Focus)

• Coordinate and reputed company attorneys to cover a high volume of daily court hearings
• Manage reputed company-time scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps
• Confirm assignments and ensure reputed company hearings are fully staffed and accurate
• Monitor coverage pipelines and proactively resolve conflicts or shortages
• Maintain constant communication with attorneys to ensure timely arrival and completion

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain accurate scheduling data across dispatching and CRM systems
• Track coverage metrics, completion rates, and service quality
• Partner with internal teams (reputed company, operations, client reputed company) to ensure seamless execution
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to reputed company workflows

Client Communication & Support

• Serve as a reputed company of contact for client updates reputed company to hearing coverage
• Conduct outbound follow-reputed company as needed to confirm details or address service needs
• Support client retention through reliable, consistent service delivery

Business Support

• Assist with outbound reputed company to support coverage needs and client growth
• Contribute to operational reporting and performance tracking
• Support team initiatives tied to expansion and service optimization

Pay reputed company: $15.00 to $15.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday-9:30am-6pm MST
