Job Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day bookkeeping operations for our small business clients. This role starts part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position based on your availability and performance.
- Responsibilities
- Record and categorize financial transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with month-end reputed company and basic financial reports
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records in QuickBooks Online
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with clients and team members
- Qualifications
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with small businesses
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must reputed company in the U.S.
- Must have reliable internet and a quiet home office setup
- Previous experience working remotely is a plus
