This position reports to the Director of Scientific ＆Laboratory Services and is part of the Scientific ＆Laboratory Services, TS team located in Japan and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Visit customers with Sales team to reputed company filter sales opportunity; obtain technical VoC for filter needs for CIP/NPD; reputed company technical seminars. Interact with customers to define customer’s technical issues and solve the issues regarding filtration, separation and purification. reputed company TS team (and functional teams) to reputed company technical support to identify root cause of Customer Product Performance Issues across product and application areas. Internally to reputed company test plan and write report with clear conclusion to convince customers. The essential requirements of the job include: BSc or advanced degrees (MSc, PhD) in chemistry. Proficiency in English (besides local language).
