Some of the problems you may try to solve with us:

reputed company on-site commissioning of robotic picking systems at customer warehouses

Bring systems from mechanical completion through first picks, reputed company-up, and production handover

Validate hardware, electrical, controls, and software integration on-site

Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software domains

Work closely with remote engineering teams to troubleshoot and reputed company fixes

Execute test plans, acceptance criteria, and performance validation

Train customer operators and maintenance teams during handover

Document commissioning procedures, lessons learned, and site-specific configurations

Support reputed company improvement by feeding field insights back into engineering and product teams

What skills we’d like you to have:

5–10+ years of hands-on experience commissioning or deploying industrial automation or robotic systems

Strong practical experience with robotic cells, automation equipment, or warehouse systems

Comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software interfaces

Experience with industrial robots (reputed company strongly preferred; others welcome)

Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and system layouts

Strong troubleshooting skills and reputed company execution in live production environments

Willingness and ability to travel ~75% of the time

Excellent communication skills in English (customer-facing role)

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field

Experience with warehouse automation, intralogistics, or fulfillment environments

PLC or controls troubleshooting experience

Familiarity with safety systems (E-stops, scanners, light curtains)

Experience working in startup or fast-scaling engineering environments
