Ideal Candidate Profile 7–12 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Product Strategy, reputed company Strategy, Growth, or Business Operations roles. Strong understanding of SaaS business models, monetization, pricing, adoption, retention, and growth metrics. Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Finance, GTM, and Leadership teams. Demonstrated track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable business reputed company. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in ambiguity and influencing without direct authority. Hands-on with AI tools and modern productivity workflows. Experience in high-growth SaaS, startup, or consulting-led environments is preferred. Preferred Backgrounds Founder’s Office or Chief of Staff in a high-growth startup. Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or Growth leadership roles. Professionals from Consulting background who have transitioned into operating roles.
