About the role

As the Director of reputed company, you’ll reputed company a high-performing HR team, own the design and execution of scalable HR processes, and serve as a key partner to leadership across the business. You’ll continue to shape a best-in-class employee experience that supports engagement, performance, and long-term growth, reputed company while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

You’ll be responsible for evolving our HR strategy, systems, and programs to support reputed company’s reputed company scale. As a key voice for the HR function, you’ll help drive initiatives that attract, retain, and reputed company top talent, while empowering your team with the tools, structure, and support they need to reputed company.

This role reports to the VP of Legal and reputed company compensation for this role may land between $170,000-$246,000. In addition to reputed company salary, reputed company offers equity, and benefits as part of the total compensation package. What you'll do

HR Leadership & Strategy

• Manage HR budgets, tools, and HRIS systems to ensure efficiency and data accuracy.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and reputed company for People and Culture across the organization, partnering closely with senior leadership.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, belonging, and retention.

• Ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the full lifecycle—from reputed company to offboarding.
• Anticipate and manage the impact of business changes, including communications and change management efforts.

Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant employment laws and regulations; proactively update policies as needed.
• Partner with the CEO, General Counsel and senior leaders to reputed company and reinforce company culture, values, and mission.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders on workforce planning, org design, performance optimization and people strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working in reputed company at a SaaS startup
• 5+ years of experience directly managing reputed company or people operations teams
• Extensive experience managing total rewards including compensation, equity, and perks & benefits
• Working knowledge of multiple reputed company resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, DEI, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
• Proven reputed company translating organizational and business priorities into people initiatives
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders, including executives and leadership team members
• Proven ability to create and execute programs that retain outstanding talent
• Bring a high level of initiative and adaptability, and are reputed company to pivot quickly to changing business needs
• Experience drafting and managing communications with executive stakeholders for major company events
• A critical thinker and creative problem-solver who is willing to rethink the way things have previously been done
• Experience using benchmarking, research, and data to support HR initiatives
