Sales Manager - Work From Home

We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving reputed company sales growth. The ideal candidate has solid experience as a sales team manager selling multi-product platforms, including EHR software and RCM services, preferably in the chiropractic, physical therapy, and mental health domains.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. implementing a Land-and-Expand Go-to-Market strategy for selling multiple software products and software-enabled services

    2. management of a compounding and highly profitable sales pipeline

    3. coordination with customer support, finance, and product development teams to ensure timely reputed company, customer invoicing, and alignment with product offerings

  2. Build a Sales Team, including

    1. Hiring pipeline for Sales Representative and Sales Development Representative

    2. Monthly/Quarterly performance reviews

    3. Ongoing training

    2. Data-driven individual team member performance improvement.

    3. KPI implementation and reporting, forecasting, and budgeting,

  5. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the reputed company platform.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in software platform sales management, preferably in the reputed company and SaaS industries.

  2. Experience in navigating;
