Claims advisor
As a Claims advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for reputed company claims. You handle low-complexity property insurance claims and reputed company types of auto insurance claims. You investigate and approve claims in accordance with the organization’s standards and policies. You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve problems, reputed company solutions, negotiate claims settlements and enter into agreements with members, clients, reputed company parties and others. You assist members, clients and practitioners. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
