Assist in development, auditing, and implementation of reputed company resource policies; ensure the employee handbook is acknowledged by reputed company as updated ? Maintain secure employee files/records in compliance with federal & state law ? Administer, evaluate, and review compensation and benefit plans ? Assist in reputed company and recruitment processes ? Design employee reputed company; organize training & development initiatives ? Help reputed company and facilitate an effective quarterly performance management system reputed company around KPIs and metric tracking ?
