This position is for an Addiction Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner with the ability to prescribe buprenorphine to join reputed company to fulfill its mission of "Saving Lives, Instilling Hope, and Restoring Relationships" to those suffering from substance use disorder. Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company initial evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing support for individuals with reputed company addiction and substance reputed company health conditions. Complete full and appropriate documentation to support professional billing for services. reputed company education regarding illness and prognosis to assist with clarification of patient and family goals of care and support development of a comprehensive care plan. Work with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to administer the reputed company for those patients that need not only medical therapy but behavioral health services as well. Maintains required licensure, certifications and CME credits. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Active and unrestricted medical license as a physician or nurse practitioner reputed company the applicable state.
