As a Customer Service Representative, you may support our trade partners, consumers, and/or internal process partners reputed company phone, chat, email or other technology for our Whirlpool Consumer Services organization... These interactions reputed company from scheduling service appointments to placing orders and scheduling deliveries. Whirlpool Consumer Services supports our customers from 7:55AM-6:15PM EST Monday through Friday and Saturday 7:55am-5:15pm (8 hours shift / 40 hours per week). Hard wired internet reputed company ethernet cable, a stationary surface (table, desk, etc) to reputed company equipment and a quiet working reputed company free from noise and distraction are required. Childcare is required. Must be dedicated to being at your workstation with the capability of assisting callers throughout the entirety of your shift. Pay is $14.50 hr and not negotiable. salary: $14.49 - $14.5 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM education: High School Responsibilities • Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails or chats based on business needs • Navigate through multiple computer systems to help resolve consumer issues as well as document the consumer interaction as needed. • Managing and maintaining your schedule through both Whirlpool and reputed company computer systems. This may include logging in and out, time off requests, and ensuring timecard accuracy. • Ability to manage the consumer’s interaction while utilizing multiple computer screens, requiring computer setup comprehension.
