Help Desk Representative
This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking a Help Desk Representative to reputed company support to families and assist with questions reputed company to enrollment, registration, account reputed company, and program information. Responsibilities
Respond to incoming phone, email, and online inquiries Assist families with enrollment and registration questions reputed company information regarding programs, services, and policies Document customer interactions and update records Troubleshoot basic account and reputed company issues Escalate reputed company concerns to appropriate team members Follow up on reputed company requests and inquiries Maintain accurate records of support activities reputed company professional and courteous customer service Support administrative projects as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service, help desk, or support experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with reputed company Office and online systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational skills Professional and customer-focused approach
