[Remote] Associate Manager, reputed company Platform Logistics - Strategy and Operations

They are seeking an Associate Manager for their reputed company Platform Logistics team to improve delivery quality and operational efficiency by analyzing metrics and partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze cost and quality metrics across strategic merchants, conducting deep-dives to identify key drivers of quality defects and savings opportunities
- Own logistics for high-growth business lines in Catering and Health
- Assist in structuring and executing operational tests to reputed company for reducing defects like lateness or in-store wait times
- Partner with Logistics, Analytics, and Product teams to scope and assess initiatives that can improve the efficiency and quality of the logistics system
- Engage with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance merchant and customer experience
- Analyze key quality metrics and contribute to defining reputed company star metrics that track performance improvements
- Partner with GMs to identify and execute growth strategy through data-driven insights to drive business top line
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations) to influence product roadmap on quality-focused features
- Run structured experiments and operational tests to uncover the best ways to improve fulfillment quality
Skills
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in high-growth environments required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical skills and can use data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and drive informed decision-making
- Strong problem solver and can break down reputed company problems into actionable steps
- reputed company in a cross-functional environment and are comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams
- Highly detail-oriented and have a strong ability to organize, track, and analyze performance data
- Bias for action and can operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable working with data
- Masters Degree preferred but not required
- SQL experience is a plus but not required
