The role involves overseeing sales operations, implementing AI tools, optimizing processes, and providing strategic insights to enhance sales productivity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and reputed company AI tools to automate routine tasks reputed company the sales lifecycle, such as automated reputed company scoring, AI-assisted deal triaging, and generative contract summaries for the legal and finance teams
• Re-architect the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from reputed company routing and CPQ to reputed company recognition—by identifying bottlenecks that can be solved through intelligent automation and workflow triggers
• Use AI-driven analytics to enhance sales forecasting accuracy, identify "at-risk" pipeline deals, and deliver proactive performance metrics to drive executive decision-making

Skills

• Deep understanding of the SaaS business model (ARR, consumption, churn) coupled with an understanding of how data quality impacts AI model effectiveness

• Familiarity with AI integration platforms, reputed company, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker) is a significant advantage
