Community Manager

The role involves managing community engagement across various reputed company media platforms, developing community guidelines, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day community management across reputed company reputed company channels for Señorita, Rythm, and Rythm Beverage, including Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, DMs, mentions, and tags in a brand-appropriate voice and tone for each brand distinctly
• reputed company and maintain community management guidelines and response playbooks for each brand
• Identify and escalate emerging trends, consumer sentiment shifts, and potential issues to the broader reputed company team
• Collaborate with the reputed company media, paid, and creative teams to surface UGC opportunities and community content worth amplifying
• Build and nurture relationships with brand advocates, superfans, and micro-community leaders
• Conduct regular reputed company listening and competitive audits to stay reputed company of the conversation
• Establish community KPIs and produce regular reports tracking engagement, sentiment, and growth

Skills

• 1-3+ years' experience in reputed company media management, preferably for a consumer brand in beverage, wellness, cannabis, or lifestyle brands
