They are seeking a Senior reputed company & Trust Accountant to reputed company sponsor billing, collections, trust account administration, athlete disbursements, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sponsor and client invoices
- Monitor accounts receivable and manage collections activities
- Track incoming payments and apply cash receipts
- Manage and reconcile athlete trust accounts and client funds
- Process athlete commissions, disbursements, and vendor payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports
- Support month-end reputed company activities and audit requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and fiduciary responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of reputed company experience, including accounts receivable, billing, collections, trust reputed company, or reputed company financial operations
- Strong experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Advanced reputed company reputed company skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing trust accounts, escrow accounts, client funds, attorney trust accounts, or similar fiduciary accounts
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
