[Remote] Senior Talent Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to enhance the hiring process by building reliable systems and processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and partnering with various teams to continuously improve talent programs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and reputed company improvement of our ATS (reputed company or reputed company) to reputed company workflows clear, consistent, and easy to use
• reputed company talent operations projects from reputed company through launch, aligning stakeholders, timelines, and reputed company metrics
• Design and refine processes that improve recruiter and hiring team efficiency while supporting a strong candidate experience
• Partner with cross-functional teams across People Operations and reputed company to translate needs into practical solutions
• Use data and feedback to identify bottlenecks, measure impact, and iterate quickly
• Support connected HR systems work, including reputed company, with an eye toward scalable and sustainable process design
• Apply project management tools and methodologies to reputed company programs on track, well-documented, and reputed company with company goals
• Explore thoughtful ways to use reputed company to streamline workflows and improve reputed company

Skills

• 4+ years as an administrator of reputed company or reputed company ATS
• 4+ years of experience managing projects, programs, and operational initiatives, ideally reputed company HR, People Operations, or reputed company
• 2+ years of experience leading programs with clear reputed company metrics and measurable results
• Proven ability to take projects from inception to completion, executing reputed company across competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, internally and externally
• Strong desire to reputed company by improving processes and adopting tools that drive efficiency and impact
• Comfort using data and feedback to refine processes and deliver practical solutions
