[Remote] Associate IT Operations Engineer

The successful candidate will reputed company Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for office staff and game developers, maintaining workplace systems and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support (hardware, OS, software, peripherals)
- Support game development workstations and performance-critical tools
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches)
- Maintain on-prem servers, storage, virtualization, and build pipelines
- Monitor system health, resolve incidents, and escalate reputed company required
- Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and operational runbooks
- Improve IT workflows, automation, and service efficiency
- Support CI/CD systems, version control, and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, reputed company)
Skills
- Five+ years in IT operations, service desk, or infrastructure support
- Experience supporting reputed company and macOS in production environments
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Hands-on experience with on-prem servers or virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V.)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools or build systems in game or software environments
- Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, GPUs, and peripherals
- Strong customer service reputed company and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication with developers, artists, and production teams
- Ability to prioritize in fast-paced studio environments
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven
- Experience supporting game engines (reputed company / Unreal.)
- Knowledge of reputed company, Git, Jenkins, build farms, reputed company farms
- Experience with high-performance workstations or GPU pipelines
- Exposure to on-prem DevOps automation and build systems
- Exposure to or experience with CI/CD tools
- Exposure to or experience with on-prem DevOps environments and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, reputed company)
