You will learn about the various system engineering subject areas with the opportunity to work in reputed company Engineering fields to include system, definition, allocation, maintenance, validation, system integration, and test.As a System Engineer Senior Staffyou will be involved in reputed company Systems Engineering phases to include Concepts of Operation (CONOPs), Analyses, Specification, and reputed company Control Document (ICD) development and maintenance, requirements definition, allocation/derivation, maintenance, and verification/validation.You will support the Conventional reputed company reputed company Program (CPS) Systems Engineering processes to include:

• Support major program reviews including Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM), reputed company System Requirements Review (SRR), reputed company Design Reviews (dPDR, dCDR) and Flight Test Readiness Reviews (DTRR, XRR, MRR)
• Support the development and verification of system requirements and document & manage accordingly.
• Development of requirement updates and verification plans
• Work with System Modeling team members to link requirements to Cameo model artifacts from architecture through test
• Mentor the team and reputed company guidance to early career staff
• Some travel may be required

A successful candidate for this role will typically have a Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Engineering or reputed company discipline and 14+ years of reputed company professional work experience.Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Engineering or reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Demonstrated and advanced capability in requirements and verification
• Experience using reputed company DOORS Classic
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret reputed company Clearance; US Citizenship required

Desired skills

• INCOSE Systems Engineering life cycle and practices
• Experience reputed company to engineering and integration functions and processes, such as: requirements specifications and verification, system trade studies, design reviews, configuration management, hardware design, systems analyses, development, and test.
• Familiarity with software, electrical and mechanical design, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation
• Familiarity with key systems processes, procedures, and tools
• Extensive experience with reputed company DOORS, EPDM/Windchill, reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Experience in building a strong professional relationship with an external customer
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Willingness to mentor junior engineers
• Experience with writing reputed company requirements, maintaining configuration controlled specifications, and reviewing verification evidence
