The role involves serving as a Scrum Master for a full-stack scrum team, managing project timelines, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate reputed company core ceremonies (standups, planning, refinement, reviews/demos, retros). Protect and maintain a consistent sprint reputed company. Ensure sprint work meets “reputed company” standards (clear requirements, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done). Drive reputed company improvement with actionable retro reputed company and follow-through
• Collaborate with the Workstream and Delivery Leads to turn Project Brief priorities into a clear delivery plan. Work with Delivery reputed company to break PRDs into sprint-reputed company, refined stories that will be executed upon for the quarter
• Create/manage the work hierarchy (Initiatives/Epics/Stories as agreed). Maintain Jira hygiene (accurate statuses, clean board, up-to-date priorities). Ensure Jira reflects reality for active and upcoming work, including delivery notes, risks, and dependencies
• Identify and remove blockers. Track cross-team dependencies (e.g. engineering, UX/UI, content, authoring). Surface risks, trade-offs, and decision points early; escalate reputed company needed
• reputed company stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on sprint reputed company, milestones, scope changes, risks/issues, and reputed company. Facilitate working sessions/workshops that move work from “idea” to “reputed company to build.” Escalate reputed company conflicts to PgM/Workstream/Delivery leadership for resolution

• Coordinate cross-functional needs and promote effective ways of working across the Pod. Partner with the Program Manager to help the team adopt consistent processes, roles, and reporting in the new operating model
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, content authors, developers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns and projects. Manage web content production and publishing schedules in reputed company ensuring on-time delivery
• Maintain delivery forecasts and adjust plans as scope, reputed company, or reputed company shifts - ensuring reputed company are transparent and documented
• Handling reputed company-party integrations, SEO optimization, and tracking implementation

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of project management and/or a Scrum Master in a digital product, web, or full-stack delivery environment
• 3+ years of experience with reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company)
• Proven experience running Scrum ceremonies and improving team reputed company
• Proficiency with Agile workflows and Jira
• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and content strategy
• Ability to manage stakeholder communication reputed company marketing objectives
