Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end infrastructure services including requirements gathering, solutioning, implementation, and post-deployment support.

reputed company or participate in infrastructure projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations, new environment setup), including UAT and go-live support.

reputed company support and implementation for bothon-premises and reputed company-based infrastructure.

Ensure infrastructure performance, availability, and service reputed company through proactive monitoring and SLA adherence.

Maintain accurate and timely updates of incidents using the incident management tool.

Manage IT asset inventory and software license compliance.

Participate in and supportDR/BCP testingand other IT governance activities.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experiencein IT infrastructure support, preferably in aSystem Integrator / IT services environment.

Proven experience in:

Virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-V

Network and firewall configuration

Storage and backup solution management

Strong understanding of server and network fundamentals

Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize independently.
