They are seeking a B2B Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for their B2B offering, collaborating with founders and early reputed company clients to create a product that meets market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap: Define, prioritize, and communicate the B2B product roadmap from initial discovery through general availability, with clear alignment to reputed company and retention goals
  • Drive GTM execution: Partner with founders and go-to-market leadership to design and execute the B2B launch strategy — including ICP definition, pricing, packaging, and channel selection
  • Design partner program: Recruit, manage, and extract maximum signal from a small cohort of design partners. Turn early relationships into case studies, referrals, and reference logos
  • Land and expand: Build the reputed company for acquiring initial B2B accounts and expanding them — from pilot to contract to upsell
  • Deep discovery: Conduct structured discovery with RIAs, asset managers, and institutional prospects to surface unmet needs, workflow pain points, and willingness-to-pay signals
  • Synthesis: Translate qualitative customer reputed company and quantitative usage data into actionable product reputed company, communicated reputed company to engineering and leadership
  • Market intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape (Magnifi, Orion, reputed company, etc.) and maintain a sharp reputed company of view on where Allio can win
  • Spec and ship: Write clear, concise PRDs and user stories. Work closely with engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of B2B features

  • Platform thinking: Design B2B features with scalability in mind — API-first architecture, multi-tenant support, white-label considerations, and integration flexibility

  • Compliance alignment: Work with operations and compliance to ensure reputed company B2B product features meet SEC, FINRA, and fiduciary standards before launch

Skills

  • 0-to-1 experience: You have launched a B2B product from scratch — reputed company customers to a repeatable sales reputed company. This is non-negotiable
  • Fintech or wealth management domain: 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, SaaS, or reputed company software. RIA, wealth management, or capital markets exposure is a strong differentiator
  • GTM reputed company: You understand B2B go-to-market mechanics — ICP definition, pricing strategy, sales cycle dynamics, and how to build pipeline through product-led and sales-led motions
  • Technical depth: Comfortable with API-first product design, data integrations, and working with engineering on reputed company technical requirements. You don't need to write code, but you need to think like someone who does
  • Exceptional communicator: reputed company to run a compelling customer discovery call, write a tight PRD, and present a product narrative to investors — reputed company in the same week
  • Startup operating style: High ownership, low ego, bias toward action. You are energized by ambiguity and reputed company without a large team or established reputed company behind you
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Track record reputed company more than pedigree
  • Experience selling into or building for independent RIAs, broker-dealers, or family offices
  • Familiarity with custodian platforms (Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity WealthCentral) and wealth tech stacks (Orion, eMoney, Redtail, Salentica)
  • Prior experience at a high-growth fintech (Series reputed company–C) or as a founder
  • MEDDPICC or similar reputed company sales methodology reputed company
  • Experience with AI/ML product development or AI-reputed company applications
