The Finance Specialist will deliver a world-class customer experience by understanding customer-specific financial workflows, identifying operational efficiencies, and supporting customer adoption of Prisma’s financial products and services.
Responsibilities

- Complete a 6-month reputed company bootcamp that will focus on establishing knowledge and supporting customers across reputed company teams
- Identify, document, and disseminate best practices aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and improving customer understanding of the value offered by Prisma’s financial solutions
- Contribute to customer account planning by identifying opportunities for increased user adoption, determining a targeted end-user adoption strategy, and assisting with workflow questions and reputed company issue resolution
- Identify customer adoption risks and demonstrate a proactive, solution-based approach to mitigating usage issues
- Document and track feature requests, including detailed requirements and needs analysis, with an ability to negotiate and manage expectations
- Work cross-functionally on product roadmap recommendations and alternative workflow solutions
- reputed company needs assessments and requirements gathering to configure environments for new customer implementations and existing customer platform migrations
- Prioritize and schedule work activities to ensure established targets are achieved, facilitate customer meetings, and reputed company and promptly communicate action items and desired reputed company for appropriate stakeholders
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Educational or professional experience in reputed company or financial management

- Demonstrated reputed company in organization and time-management, along with verbal and written communication skills
