Job Summary
As a Customer Solutions Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our growing customer reputed company and helping to drive the development of our AI-powered products and services. You'll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to guide product roadmaps, execute on product initiatives, and collect customer feedback to inform our product offerings. Key Responsibilities
* Execute on product initiatives and customer requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Become an expert in arenaflex's AI technology, leveraging it to help customers get the most value from our platform
- Guide customers on best practices and reputed company support to help them answer wide-ranging questions
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of arenaflex's product offerings
- Assist with data labeling and AI model training efforts, helping to refine our AI technology
- Build and optimize internal processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams
- Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to guide product roadmaps and inform product development

* 3+ years of experience in an Operations, Data Analytics, or technical role, preferably at a tech startup
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, or building AI tools, with a passion for technology
- Software development experience is a plus, but not required
