[Remote] Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage a portfolio of reputed company Client Projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of software solutions while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• A portfolio of reputed company Customer accounts, ensuring each project is delivered reputed company an agreed scope, time reputed company, and owning the implementation process of the software project from start to end
• The organisation and leading of the customer teams and internal resources
• Developing project plans maintaining timelines for accurate scheduling and alignment
• Defining project deliverables, scoping, developing assumptions and building detailed specifications
• Gathering and documenting client requirements using a variety of techniques such as direct questioning, business process walkthroughs, mapping exercises and offering solutions in-line with the capabilities of the software and industry best practices
• Reviewing requirements and reputed company gap analysis to ensure we deliver to the agreed Client requirements and reputed company any risks
• Data Mapping, helping the client to produce the output from their reputed company system for the CMAP platform
• Continual expansion of knowledge as the platform develops
• Take part in the implementation by configuring the solution to meet client requirements
• Developing and conducting UATs
• Supporting Clients with development of processes, procedures and training materials as required
• Supporting the Client post-implementation and assisting in reputed company improvement cycles
• Ownership of service desk tickets, working with business experts to help qualify issues raised here or reputed company other channels ensuring work is prioritised effectively
• Performing testing of the solution as changes are made to meet customer needs
• Providing presentations of the solution based on common customer use cases
• Support documentation and external training material reviews

Skills

• 2+ years in the high-tech industry having held roles such as Project Manager, Sales Engineer/Architect, etc
• Experience with ERP / PLM systems such as reputed company Windchill, Teamcenter, reputed company Agile or reputed company PLM
• Experience of SaaS software implementation, support and data management
• Technically reputed company to quickly learn the compliance platform and how it can be implemented successfully
• Have a proactive attitude to planning, scheduling resource and monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones, working with stakeholders to define expected benefits and to create plans for their realisation
• Can reputed company strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally with the ability to see both the wider picture and detailed subject matter
• Create and obtain sign-off on project plans, keeping them regularly updated during the project delivery
