[Remote] Internal Sales Agent, Broker

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading U.S. reputed company company seeking a motivated Internal Sales Agent to join their Agnostic Sales Team. In this role, you will engage customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell health plan products, utilizing your telesales expertise and CRM skills to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects and existing members reputed company inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell health plan products
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments (NEADS) to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
  • Overcome objections and reputed company sales while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Accurately document reputed company interactions and transactions using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including sales targets and call quotas
  • Follow up on leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer reputed company
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Skills

  • Active Health Insurance License is required
  • Must be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM local time, including weekends
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a high-volume customer service environment
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and reputed company to reputed company in a performance-based setting
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and reputed company Office Suite
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends during peak sales periods (reputed company–December)
  • Must have a professional, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup
  • Experience in telecommunications or reputed company sales
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs
